Order Processing

Orders are processed subject to product availability, documentation status, inventory review, and order review. Products listed as Documentation Pending, Coming Soon, Pending Review, Restock Pending, or Temporarily Unavailable will not be fulfilled until the applicable inventory has been received, reviewed, and documentation status has been confirmed.

AlphaPepsOfficial reserves the right to review, delay, cancel, or decline any order that does not align with the intended laboratory and analytical research-use purpose of the catalog. You will receive confirmation when your order is processed and again when it ships, where applicable.

AlphaPepsOfficial currently ships within the United States. Shipping availability is subject to change without notice. Shipping may be limited or unavailable in certain locations based on product status, carrier availability, documentation status, or legal and regulatory considerations.

Shipping Methods and Timelines

Shipping method options and estimated delivery timelines, where available, are presented at checkout or communicated upon order confirmation. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. AlphaPepsOfficial is not responsible for carrier delays, disruptions, weather-related issues, failed delivery attempts, or delivery failures outside of our control.

Packaging

When orders are accepted and fulfilled, products are packaged with attention to labeling, documentation status, and research supply handling standards appropriate for catalog-grade research materials. Packaging methods may vary based on product type, inventory status, shipping method, and fulfillment requirements.

Tracking and Address Accuracy

Tracking information will be provided when available once your order has shipped. Please allow time for tracking data to update in the carrier's system after shipment.

The purchaser is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. AlphaPepsOfficial is not responsible for delays, returned shipments, or delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information.

Undeliverable, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

If a package is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or carrier issue, AlphaPepsOfficial will review the matter and contact you regarding possible next steps. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number, tracking number, and a description of the issue. AlphaPepsOfficial will review the matter in accordance with our Returns and Replacements Policy.
