Overview

Due to the nature of research-grade compounds, batch documentation requirements, and laboratory-use handling standards, AlphaPepsOfficial maintains a limited returns and replacements policy. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order or submitting an inquiry.

All Sales Are Final

Because AlphaPepsOfficial products are catalog-grade research materials with batch-specific documentation and handling considerations, all sales are considered final once an order has been accepted, fulfilled, and shipped.

AlphaPepsOfficial is unable to accept returns of opened, used, shipped, improperly stored, or handled materials. Products should not be returned unless AlphaPepsOfficial has specifically authorized a return in writing.

Eligible Replacement Requests

Replacements may be considered at AlphaPepsOfficial's discretion where an incorrect item was shipped, where the product or packaging arrived in a condition that may compromise research integrity supported by photographic documentation, or where required batch documentation referenced for the order is unavailable after fulfillment review.

AlphaPepsOfficial reserves the right to review all replacement requests and determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Submission of a replacement request does not guarantee that a replacement, refund, credit, or other remedy will be issued.

How to Submit a Replacement Request

Contact AlphaPepsOfficial within 5 business days of receiving your order. Include your order number, product name, batch or lot reference if available, and a description of the issue. For damaged shipments, include clear photographic documentation of the outer packaging, inner packaging, label, and contents. Do not discard packaging or contents until your request has been reviewed.

Non-Eligible Returns or Replacements

The following are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement: change of mind or ordering error by the purchaser; products that have been opened, used, transferred, relabeled, improperly stored, or handled in a manner inconsistent with research-use standards; orders for products listed as Coming Soon, Documentation Pending, Pending Review, Restock Pending, or Temporarily Unavailable that have not yet shipped; carrier delays, failed delivery attempts, returned shipments, or delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the purchaser; and issues caused by circumstances outside AlphaPepsOfficial's control.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests may be submitted prior to fulfillment. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not available. To request a cancellation, contact AlphaPepsOfficial as soon as possible with your order number or inquiry reference.

AlphaPepsOfficial reserves the right to cancel, decline, limit, or hold any order at its discretion in accordance with our Research Use, Order Review, Shipping, and Documentation policies.
